Feb 15, 2025-Eastwood Wrestling Club's Bowen Baumgartner was literally 1 point from getting tech falled last weekend at the OAC Divisonal State Tournament. However a break in the action allowed him to regain focus of the task at hand. He then went to work. Securing takedown after takedown to close the gap. He eventually put it into OT here he got the winning takedown to win! This is 100% my favorite match from last weekend. #DrewBlogsMedia

I’m telling ya what. This little @eastwood_eagleswrestling team is gonna be talked about and WILL be a household name when they’re all in high school. Promise you that. They come in swarms. 2025 NBC Biddy League Championships
The 2025 NBC Biddy League Champions title belongs to the Eastwood Eagle Wrestling Club! Eastwood saw a total of 41 wrestlers on the podium! Congratulations to all the wrestlers and coaches who have worked hard all season to achieve these goals. Thank you to the parents who have supported the athletes and coaches all season by continuing to trust the process and showing up for them!

Eastwood takes 1st Place at the 2025 Mitch Aring Biddy Brawl
Congratulations to all our Eastwood wrestlers who battled on the mat at the 2025 Mitch Aring Biddy Brawl to take first place as a team! For some wrestlers, this was their first time ever stepping on the mat to compete at a tournament. Many Eastwood wrestlers made podium appearances throughout the day and took home medals and trophies. In total, the 2025 Mitch Aring Biddy Brawl hosted 13 teams and saw 311 wrestlers compete during the morning and afternoon sessions.
Thank you to all the parents and coaches for your support during this tournament which means so much to our wrestling club. Also, a very special thank you to Mike and Randi Aring, Mitch Aring's parents, who spent the entire day with us at the tournament handing out awards to all our top finishers. It was a wonderful day on the mats!
