2025 NBC JH League Championship

Eastwood placed 4th in the league with a team score of 140 and 8 wrestlers making it to the podium.

Podium placers:

80 Kai Brough (14-18) placed 4th and scored 9.0 team points.

86 Bre Kratzer (7-6) placed 2nd and scored 14.0 team points.

92 Jack Mundrick (18-10) placed 1st and scored 18.0 team points.

98 Tanner Jenson (26-5) placed 1st and scored 22.0 team points.

104 Hunter Meeker (33-0) placed 1st and scored 23.5 team points.

Eastwood finished 8th out of 21 teams at the Clyde Invitational. Top placers included Tanner Jenson 2nd, Jack Mundrick 3rd, Hunter Meeker 1st, Cole Schimmoeller 5th, and Trenton McBride 2nd.

General Information for Middle School Wrestling

Eastwood Middle School wrestling is a school-sanctioned sport running from November 15-January 25, 2024
The first official practice is on November 15, 2024
Practice is after school Monday-Friday from 2:30-4:30 pm in Eastwood Middle School
Wrestlers may attend the EWC open mats in the evenings if it doesn't conflict with the school wrestling schedule
Wrestlers cannot enter non-school sanctioned tournaments during the official wrestling season
Eastwood Middle School provides the wrestling attire (singlet or compression shirt and shorts) worn by wrestlers during meets. Clothing items sold by EWC Spirit Wear are optional to middle school wrestlers and EWC singlets would be used for post-season only.
The season officially ends with the NBC tournament on January 25, 2024. After this time wrestlers are welcome to enter post-season tournaments.
